XBOX Silver Account help!!!!?

I haven't updated my xbox in like 3 months and i ran out, so when i updated it and reverted to free, it showed XBOX Marketplace and my friends and all that but i don't have a gamerpicture and it's blank and it says my achievements are 0G when they were 14534G ... Please someone help..
