Are we friends? or is there more?

i always smell good...idk why i just do. but one of my guy friends is ALWAYS hugging me and when he does he buries his face in my neck and goes mmmm you smell amazing. and the other day he hugged me from behind around the waist and smelled my neck as usual but this time he planted a quick kiss on my neck too. is he doing this just cause i smell good? or does he like me?
