Why does Obama wish to bury the Middle Cl in the United States.?

According to Rush there is this guy with funny name in the administration and they are pushing the bad mortgages again, so believe that. Also have heard this before but it is said Lenin said to get rid of the middle cl "grind them between inflation and taxation".
