I love my job as a sales ociate?

For the sungl hut. I want to work for the sungl hut/luxottica. What i want to do is become the regional manager or a Brand Manager does anyone know the pay and requirements for either job? I know this is the company i want to stay with so all your advice will be greatly appreciated thanks!!
