Will i get caught modding xbox red dead redemption?

i didnt mod my achievements or challenges i was legit legend 3 lv 50 i just wanted a zebra donkey so i modded i just dont want to get in trouble i mean my mod wont effect my game play the mod gave me final legend lv 50 with all gold guns which i had half of legit i just think it would be stupid if i got banned for that
