Advice with female psychology?

I work part time with a married woman younger than me. We've always got on really well with lots of humour and laughs. Suddenly she has become very cool towards me although she seems her usual self with everyone else. Yes, I do fancy her but she's probably unaware of that. Any advice would be welcome.
