An atheist told me atheists become an atheist by intelligence & another said to me we are atheists from birth?

That fully depends on how you define atheism. If "absence of belief in gods", then we all are atheists from birth. If "rejection of belief in gods", than I guess people become atheists later, when they learn what gods are and can form their opinion on this matter.
