Creative Ideas for Recruiting?

I work for a non-profit that focuses on recruiting young adults to speak on personal life stories regarding destructive behaviors. These destructive behaviors include substance abuse, bullying, eating disorders, depression/self-injury, and safe dating. Our current recruitment process is starting to become redundant, so I'm looking for some creative ideas for recruiting young adults. I am on a very limited budget (as it's a nonprofit), and need some ideas that can be executed with limited resources. Any ideas?
