How to stretch legs to reach its highest?

It seems a feat like that would take years to perfect. I do know that stretching alone won't make your thighs slimmer, though. Diet and exercising to build muscle and lose fat is the only way. (Muscle burns fat, too.) You'll feel better about yourself if you do it the right way and then you won't have to worry about acrobatics. :)
