Is it too late to become a proffessional at soccer?

Hi, I'm 15 years old. I play for a soccer team in Australia, Queensland for under 15's. I first started playing at an age of 7 years old. Then my dad discouraged me so I decided to stop playing. When I just turned 14 so I decided to play soccer. Now I play in a team in under 15's division 3. Now,decided to become a professional soccer player when I grow up but I'm still not shore if I'm too late to become one? please can you answer and please don't discourage me incredibly like me dad did.
